9 October 2026 · Copy for the four new UGC videos: the Christmas list, Nurse Mouse, the Christmas collection and Knitting Nell. Each video gets five main texts and five headlines. Within each video, all five say the same thing, written five different ways, so we learn which way of writing works best. We kept it short and warm, like the texts that sold best last Christmas. Edit anything straight on the page, mark each line approved or rejected, then press Send.

The review in the Nurse Mouse video Gillian P.'s review ("Better than any card I could have sent her") is real, but she wrote it about the Get Well Soon Mouse, not Nurse Mouse. Our copy says "one of our Tiny Animals" so it stays accurate. The video voiceover adds a word ("better than any card I ever could have sent"), so it may be worth fixing while the fonts are being changed.
Is Nurse Mouse a he or a she? We have used the name rather than "he" or "she" for now. Tell us and we will match it.
1. Christmas list (Gardener, Cricketer and Reading Mouse)3 videos (Hook 1, 2, 3) · 5 main texts · 5 headlines
People working through a Christmas present list for the whole family.
The video says: match a character to each person on your list, so every present still feels chosen. The three cuts only change the first few seconds, so one set of copy runs on all three. Last Christmas the short, cheerful texts did best ("Stocking fillers sorted!" and "Tiny Animals, big smiles!"), so one text here is written that way on purpose.
Which writing structure each text uses, and what it tells us
Character introductionOpens by naming the character, "Meet ...". A win tells us the character still does the selling, even on a creator video.
Short copyTwo lines, written like last Christmas's best sellers ("Stocking fillers sorted!"). A win tells us the video does the work and people want less reading.
Testimonial firstOpens with a real customer review, word for word. A win tells us reviews should lead more of our ads.
Specific person firstOpens on one person you are buying for. A win tells us naming the recipient beats naming the product.
Scene settingPaints the moment it is opened or used. A win tells us people buy the moment, not the object.

People who want to send something to someone who is poorly or having a hard time.
Sends to /products/nurse-mouse
The video says: a small handmade gift means more than a card when someone is going through a difficult time. Every text keeps to that, and names Nurse Mouse so nobody is unsure what they are looking at.
